"Growing up in Northern New Jersey, I started playing competitive lacrosse in 1986 in middle school. As I went through high school, I began playing year-round, with summer and winter indoor leagues. I joined the Varsity team mid-way through my freshman year in high school. During my junior and senior years I served as team captain and helped the team to a record of 18 wins and the division title in my senior year. I also earned 2nd team, All Division honors that season.

In college, I went on to play at Duke during my freshman year, but stopped playing competitively after that due to a lingering injury and time commitments. I finished out my years at Duke playing on the club team. While it has been a few years since I've played organized lacrosse, I still follow the sport quite closely, going to a few NCAA finals and playing in a handful of games over the past few years. This is my first coaching job, and I am bringing to M-A with almost 15 years of experience in the sport and a passion to coach. I look forward to this opportunity and helping the M-A boys achieve lots of success.
